At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and hardware; if an item doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
